01 Choose Your Package

Select your tree size and color palette. Then put in your preferred install date and time. We’ll confirm within 3 business days to schedule your install. If for some reason, the date is not available, we’ll work with you to find an alternate date and time to deliver and set up your space.

02 Add on Options

Looking for a bit more than the package options? We have additional add on options that can be included or we can work with you on creating a custom package. Feel free to contact us directly if you don’t see what you are looking for and we can set up a consultation.

04 What to Expect

Our holiday decor lease option begins with install starting on November 1st. Lease the holiday decor through the holidays. 30 days prior to the estimated delivery install, we’ll be in touch with photos of the decor you ordered so you know what to expect before arrival. If any tweaks or large changes need to be made at that time we can work through those change orders. One week prior to delivery, we’ll be in touch to confirm delivery and any additional notes or building details we need to be aware of. We allow for approximately 4 hours per install (depending on environmental restrictions and package) which includes time to arrive, assess space, install and clean up any debris.

03 Confirm & Book

Once you have your package and add on options selected, head to your cart to process checkout. Once we receive your order, we’ll confirm within 3 business days the installation date and estimated time.

05 We Handle Everything

We do ask that the area where the items will be placed be free and clear of any furniture, artwork, or other items that would prohibit a smooth and easy install. Please also consider outlet accessibility to plug in the tree and any potential additional safety measures to tape down the cord. On install day, we’ll have the items pre decorated and deliver them onsite. We will plan to roll in the tree, make any touch ups necessary, hang any additional items and be out of your space. We try to make it quick, easy and with as little business interruption as possible.

06 Pickup

In mid December, we’ll reach out to confirm a pickup date and time. Similar to install, we’ll take it down as quickly as possible and be out of your space like it was never there. We do a light cleaning to vacuum any fallen tree needles and glitter that may come off during the process.
