 Refund Schedule

Due to the custom design, and hand-crafted decorating process of the tree, wreaths and garlands, as well as material availability, returns or refunds are not available for any other reason than those listed below.

As dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis, the original dates are considered perishable and once booked no longer available to other customers until your cancellation has been processed. For this reason, we allow the following:

Prior to Production

You are eligible for a 50% refund on your custom package order at any point prior to The Bannister Co starting your order and design (greater than 30 days from your selected install date and time). Once the designs have been started, and materials processed you are not eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to info@thebannisterco.com with questions.

Color and Design Variation

Please note that slight differences in design style or colors of ornaments, picks, florals and greenery are a normal part of the handmade/custom process, and not considered defects. Photos on site are generated using AI technology and may not fully represent the product delivered. We will stay within in the selected color palette and use materials available at the time of processing to give your space the look intended from the package ordered.

Once Installed

Should you change your mind after the installation process, the pricing is non-refundable. We will work with you on scheduling a pick up. We request that someone be available onsite at the time of installation to confirm the work and make any final tweaks as needed.
